PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods and the amount is only withdrawn when the item(s) are dispatched.

VISA/Dankort, EURO/MASTERCARD, VISA/Electron and American Express. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. The prices shown on the page are in DKK and include 25% VAT. See the section with CUSTOMS AND VAT.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery in Denmark: Free shipping

Delivery to Sweden: DKK 88

Orders on the webshop are as far as possible dispatched within 1-2 working days. However, there may be a longer processing time during e.g. sales, campaigns etc.

All goods sent with GLS cannot be delivered per cash on delivery. When the item is sent with GLS, the item is delivered to a collection point closest to you to ensure the best possible collection options. The item can of course always be delivered directly to your workplace, as long as this is indicated when placing the order.

All items are delivered while stocks last. We reserve the right to typos, printing errors, stock management errors and price changes.

CUSTOMS AND VAT

If you order from an EU country, Danish VAT is paid, but no customs duty.

RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you regret your purchase, the item must be returned in the same condition as on receipt, i.e. that the item must be in original packaging and in possession of all original labels.

We enclose a return label in your package that you use when you return your item. Please include information about name and invoice number in the package.

NOTE
We do NOT have free return shipping. If you use a return label and return an item, it costs DKK 40.

If you do not wish to use our attached return label, your return package must be sent to the address below.
We process the return item when it arrives with us.

Return from Sweden: As no return label is attached to orders to Sweden, you must therefore pay for the return yourself. If you want to return your goods from Sweden, they must be returned to the address:

If you want to exchange your item for a different size or style, just place a new order for the desired item. When we receive your return item, we will credit the amount to your card. Remember to enclose information with your order number and mark that it is a return/exchange item.

If we do not have the desired item in stock, the item amount will be refunded within 7 days.

Discounted items
We refund the money on discounted items within 7 days.

COMPLAINTS

All goods are covered by the Sales Act's rules on a 24-month right of complaint. The right to complain means that you, as a customer, can complain about errors and defects in the product that have arisen within 24 months of purchase. The right of complaint does not cover when faults, damage or wear and tear have occurred due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. In case of complaints, errors and omissions or in case of missing deliveries, please contact us directly on phone +45 27511159 or via the Contact tab in the main menu. Costamani always covers freight costs in the Nordics in connection with justified complaints. To cover your shipping costs, please send the shipping invoice as proof of payment.
