Return policy

If you regret your purchase, read here:

All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you regret your purchase, the item must be returned in the same condition as when received, i.e. that the item must be in original packaging and in possession of all original labels.

RETURN DENMARK

We do NOT offer free return shipping. We enclose a return label in your package that you can use when you send your item back. If you use our return label and return an item, it costs DKK 60, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Please include information about name and invoice number in the package.

NOTE
If your package is returned with the stamp "not collected" , DKK 100 will be deducted from the return amount for delivery and refund costs.

If you do not wish to use our attached return label, your return package must be sent to the address below.

We process the return item when it arrives at our warehouse.

RETURN SWEDEN

As no return label is attached to orders to Sweden, you must therefore pay for the return yourself. If you want to return your goods from Sweden, they must be returned to the address below.

If you want to exchange your item for a different size or style, just place a new order for the desired item. When we receive your return item, we will credit the amount to your card. Remember to enclose information with your order number and mark that it is a return/exchange item.

If we do not have the desired item in stock, the purchase will be canceled and the amount will be refunded within 7 days.

DISCOUNTED ITEMS
We refund the money on discounted items within 7 days.
