PAYMENT
We accept the following payment methods, and the amount is only charged when your item(s) are dispatched.

VISA/Dankort, EURO/MASTERCARD, VISA/Electron and American Express. The amount is only deducted from your account when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands: €10 – free on orders over €99
Finland and Ireland: €20 – free on orders over €99
France: €15
Denmark: GLS parcel shop DKK 45 – free on orders over DKK 499. Home delivery DKK 65.
Sweden: SEK 150 – free on orders over SEK 799
Norway: NOK 110
United Kingdom: £15
Switzerland: CHF 15
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. During sales and campaigns it may take a little longer. All items are delivered while stock lasts, and we reserve the right to correct typing errors, printing errors, stock errors and price changes.
CUSTOMS AND VAT
If you order from an EU country, Danish VAT is paid, but no customs duty.

RIGHT OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are made in our return portal: Start your return here. Exchanges are free and can be made within 30 days. If you choose a refund, the return shipping is deducted from the amount. See prices and details in our return policy.

COMPLAINTS
All goods are covered by the Sales Act's rules on a 24-month right of complaint. The right to complain means that you, as a customer, can complain about errors and defects in the product that have arisen within 24 months of purchase. The right of complaint does not cover faults, damage or wear and tear caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. Costamani always covers shipping costs in connection with justified complaints. To have your shipping costs covered, please send the shipping invoice as proof of payment.
